Meet the Hearth Team

Grace

Grace Martenson

Grace’s love for the outdoors started very early during her time in Wolf Tree wilderness programs as a child. She works as a survival skills trainer, and as Hearth’s Founder, Program Director, and Lead Guide, Grace’s passion is organizing rites of passage experiences for the girls and young women in our community.

Eliza

Eliza Hollister

Eliza spent her childhood in the woods of Colrain, MA, upending rocks and logs in search of salamanders and going for endless explorations. Now, she supports youth in the outdoors with several local programs and is Hearth’s Program Director and Lead Guide.

Erica Martenson

Since she was eight, Erica has participated in nature connection programs, practicing ancestral skills with her community. It was a natural transition to leading community nature programs, which she started at the age of 12.

Natasha

Natasha Rose Diamondstone-Kohout

Natasha’s love of painting, sculpting, travel, nature connection work, fire building, and the rhythms of the natural world have brought her across the globe and back home again. She has worked as a whitewater and bike packing guide in South America and a nature connection teacher with many programs spanning New England and the British Isles.

Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn Cronin

Kaitlyn’s work lives at the intersection of ecology, creativity, spirituality and the integration of Death in the sacred cycle of Life. She weaves stories through visual art, immersive experience, and somatic knowing.
